Mission: For SANOFI, I designed a dedicated application for monitoring offshore outsourced manufacturing sites and joined a European Hot-Line Division to support all the company manufacturing sites.
Means: SAP SD ERP for the distribution of drugs for Chemists; PRODSTAR MFG & POP ERP for pharmaceutical & chemical shipments. In-house developments for the distribution warehouses.
Appraisal: Designed a dedicated application for monitoring offshore outsourced manufacturing + a central invoicing & margin monitoring applic. for direct shipments from plants bypassing the distribution warehouses. Prototyped the purchasing for the Research Division

Mission: For MAESTRO, I redesigned & implemented the software for the Belgian market.
Means: Training and support of NORMA PC software (50 customers).
Appraisal: Developed & debugged the NORMA PC software for back-office management for French derivative market operations (MATIF), designed its localization for the Belgian derivative market (BELFOX) + installation in 3 banks in Brussels.
